Additionally, it is recommended that the comprehensive feasibility study be prepared by a Specialized Mobility Consultant, hired for this by the Promoter, based on the conceptual proposal for a solution to an urban transport problem, previously carried out by Modutram.

It includes the preparation and clarification of technical specifications, follow-up and review of plans, the preparation of executive sub-projects related to automation, rolling stock, and support in project management together with the General Contractor/Concessionaire.

Installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment, functional integration with the infrastructure, and monitoring of the work from the perspective of technological integration.

Accompaniment and supervision services during the construction and supply stage to monitor the processes, verify the deliverables of suppliers in charge of manufacturing the road structure, construction of civil works, assembly of the road structure, construction of passenger stations, workshop, exchange stations and battery recharging.

The operation in the control center is carried out by Modutram personnel, who gradually train and hand over responsibility to the Operator's personnel. The operation of the stations is carried out by the Operator's personnel under the supervision of Modutram's leading personnel. The planned duration of this stage is usually 8 weeks, which may be extended by mutual agreement with the Operating Company and/or the Promoter.
